Dear Friends, Our shipping policy: Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail Insured with Signature Required (anyone can sign). If needed call post office to reschedule delivery up to 9 days, or package will be returned to Hawaii for full refund. It’s not an option for us to leave package without signature. This is to show a real person received the package of your precious coffee. With every package that is lost in transit or claimed never received, we’d have to send replacement coffees. Since we are a small mom and pop farm business, this puts an unbearable financial strain on our company.
