With every package that is lost in transit, stolen or claimed never received, we’d have to send out replacement coffees. Since we are a small mom and pop business this puts an unbearable financial strain on our company. We strive to keep all packages safe and delivered to each customer. You may call your post office to reschedule delivery again up to 10 days, or package will be returned to Hawaii for refund. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
