Dear Friends, We roast fresh every Monday and ship every Tuesday. Please have your orders in by Sunday for following Tuesday shipment. Our Shipping Policy: Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail Insured with Signature Required, (anyone can sign). It’s not an option for us to leave package without signature. This is to show a real person received the package of your precious coffee. With every package that is lost in transit, stolen or claimed never received, we’d have to send out replacement coffees. Since we are a small mom and pop business this puts an unbearable financial strain on our company. We strive to keep all packages safe and delivered to each customer. You may call your post office to reschedule delivery again up to 9 days, or package will be returned to Hawaii. We will continue to bring you the best Kona coffee at the best prices.
